How is pricing calculated?
Two main factors: the number of workloads backed up (computers, servers, virtual machines or mailboxes) and the cloud storage you actually use. You pay for what you use, with no need to over-buy.
Are there charges for restoring data?
No. Restores carry no extra charge and are unlimited, unlike some cloud providers that bill for data egress — so costs stay predictable when something goes wrong.
What is the minimum contract?
Standard plans are annual, which gives the best unit price. Monthly plans are available for trials or short projects. You can add machines during the contract.
Can we add storage mid-contract?
Yes. Storage can be added immediately with no downtime. We charge only for the addition, pro-rated to the remaining contract term.
Does the price include setup and management?
The quotation separates licence fees, one-off setup and configuration, and monthly management so everything is clear. You can choose to have our team manage it ongoing, or hand it to your in-house team after delivery.
What do I need to prepare for a quote?
